Dr. Katherine Kovachik, C.Psych.
The founder of Ursa Psychology, Dr. Katherine Kovachik is a registered Clinical Psychologist who provides treatment to adults and couples. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manitoba. She works from a primarily cognitive behavioural framework, incorporating elements of acceptance and commitment, dialectical behaviour, interpersonal, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies.
Dr. Kovachik is particularly passionate about working with those experiencing depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and complex trauma, perinatal mental health concerns, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.

Ursa Psychology is conveniently located in the Corydon Village Mall on Corydon Avenue in River Heights. There is ample parking available to clients in the mall lot as well as on side streets.
