To provide evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive mental health care grounded in curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and advocacy. We recognize the social, cultural, and historical contexts that shape wellbeing and, through clinical excellence, mentorship, and leadership, are committed to strengthening individuals, communities, and the future of the profession. We strive to expand access to care, increase representation within psychology, and contribute to a more equitable and inclusive mental health system.
An accessible, equitable, and responsive mental health system where people feel seen, where Indigenous perspectives are represented and respected, and where leadership is defined not by power held, but by knowledge shared. We aspire to create lasting change by fostering healing, strengthening communities, and empowering future generations of clinicians, leaders, and advocates.

At Ursa Psychology, we are committed to providing care that is grounded in evidence and tailored to you. Evidence-based practice means we integrate three things: the best available scientific research, the clinical expertise of our practitioners, and your own values and preferences.
We offer psychological treatments that have been shown to be effective for a wide range of concerns, always adapting them to fit your unique circumstances. We deliver evidence-based, compassionate psychological assessments tailored to each individual's unique needs and history that provide clear insights and actionable recommendations to guide your care.
Our work is guided by an intersectional lens—recognizing how factors like culture, identity, gender, and lived experience shape both challenges and strengths. This balance of science, skill, and compassion allows us to create treatment plans that are both effective and meaningful.
