Living with depression can feel isolating, but connection changes everything. In this group, participants share experiences, learn evidence-based coping strategies, and build skills for resilience. The transition to parenthood is profound, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed. This 6-week group offers a safe space for new and expectant mothers/birthing parents to explore challenges like identity shifts, perfectionism, anxiety, and changes in relationships. Together, we focus on realistic coping strategies, boundary-setting, and finding compassion in the midst of change.
The fee for an individual for group therapy at Ursa is $130 per session. Each group runs for six sessions, making the total program cost $780.
The fee for a couple for group therapy at Ursa is $230 per session. Each couples' group runs for six sessions, making the total program cost $1380 (or $690 per person).
To help with planning and commitment, payment is required in advance for the full series. This ensures your spot is reserved and supports the continuity of the group experience.
Psychological services are often covered in full or in part under extended health benefits, so we encourage you to check your plan for coverage details.
