Rebuilding After Unhealthy Relationships

Finding your way forward after an unhealthy or harmful relationship can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to do it alone. This 6-week online group therapy program is designed to provide women who are ready to invest in themselves with a supportive and empowering space to heal, connect, and grow. Facilitated by a psychologist with expertise in partner violence, decision-making, and domestic violence resources, this group offers an opportunity to process your experiences and take meaningful steps toward reclaiming your life.

Who This Group Is For:
This program is for women who:

  • Have experienced harm in past relationships and are no longer in that relationship.
  • Want to explore their experiences in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
  • Are ready to focus on healing and moving forward.

Whether you’re navigating feelings about new relationships, reflecting on your past, or seeking tools to model healthy behaviours for children, this group is tailored to meet your needs.

What to Expect:
Over six weeks, this group will help you:

  • Reflect on the decisions to stay and leave.
  • Build a coherent and empowering narrative of your relationship.
  • Explore and process feelings about future relationships.
  • Address how to model healthy boundaries for children and respond to violence in family systems.

This group is less structured, offering space for organic discussions and mutual support. It follows principles of group therapy to foster trust, connection, and meaningful dialogue.
